Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because our t-shirts are made to order, production begins once your order is placed. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at dadtees@hotmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dadtees@hotmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
